Using Visliz
These terms apply to the Visliz chart creation and publishing service. Questions about the service or these terms can be sent to support@visliz.app. You must be entitled to use the service under the laws that apply to you. Keep your email account and login codes secure; do not share login tokens.
Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you have in your uploaded data and chart content. You give Visliz permission to store, process, render and deliver that content as needed to provide the features you use. Publishing permits public delivery of the chart. We do not gain ownership of your underlying data by hosting it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your charts, permission to use the source data, personal information you include and any required attribution or third-party licences. Example datasets, maps and other third-party materials remain subject to their own source terms. Review your output before relying on or distributing it.
Public publishing and deletion
Published links and embeds are public. Other people may download, copy or redistribute their contents. Delete a cloud chart through the dashboard to remove its stored record and published file; copies and caches held elsewhere may remain. Export a backup of important work.
Acceptable use
Do not use Visliz to publish unlawful material, infringe others’ rights, disclose information without permission, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, access another person’s private charts or disrupt the service. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction was made in error.
Plans, subscriptions and refunds
The billing and refund policy explains plan limits, recurring payments, cancellation and refunds. Paid checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy under its buyer terms.
Availability and changes
Features may change and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or failures. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every chart suits every purpose. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be described on this page and communicated where required.

作品权利与使用许可
你保留对上传数据和图表内容原有的权利。为提供你选择的功能，你允许 Visliz 存储、处理、渲染和交付这些内容；公开发布意味着允许对外分发图表。托管不会使 Visliz 获得底层数据的所有权。
你负责核对图表准确性、数据使用授权、涉及的个人信息以及必要的署名或第三方许可。示例数据、地图等第三方材料仍受其来源条款约束。依赖或分发成品前，请自行检查。
公开、删除与备份
公开链接及嵌入内容可被他人查看、下载、复制和转发。你可在编辑器删除云端图表，以移除其存储记录及公开文件，但外部副本和缓存可能继续存在。建议导出备份，留存重要作品。
合理使用
不得发布违法或侵权内容、未经授权披露他人信息、传播恶意代码、绕过访问控制、访问他人私有作品或干扰服务。处理滥用、安全风险或法律要求时，我们可能在合理必要范围内限制访问或移除内容；如有异议，请联系我们。
方案与收费
收费与退款说明列出额度、自动续费、取消和退款规则。付费结账由 Lemon Squeezy 按其买家条款处理。
服务可用性与变更
功能可能调整，维护或故障可能中断服务；我们不承诺始终可用或每张图表适用于所有用途。本条款不排除依法不能排除的消费者权利或责任。重要变更会在本页说明，并按适用要求通知。
