Who to contact

This policy describes the Visliz chart creation and publishing service. For privacy questions, data access, correction or account deletion requests, contact support@visliz.app. We may verify that you control the account before acting on a request.

Information used by the service

• Account: your email address, account ID, sign-in times and verification records support email login and account access. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes.
• Charts: chart data, titles, annotations, settings and revisions are stored in your browser for local drafts. Cloud saving sends the chart document, including its data, to Visliz. Publishing also stores a publicly accessible SVG.
• Billing: Lemon Squeezy handles checkout and payment details. Visliz receives account and order/subscription identifiers, status, plan, amounts, currency and billing dates. Visliz does not store your full payment card number or security code.
• Service and security: requests and diagnostic logs may include IP addresses, browser/request information, timestamps, account identifiers, email addresses and error details. These support delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

Local storage and external services

Your browser stores sign-in information, your profile, drafts and appearance/language preferences. Signing out does not necessarily remove every local draft. Clearing site storage removes local copies and may sign you out; export anything you need first.

Cloudflare provides hosting, database, file storage, delivery and security services. Brevo currently delivers login emails. Lemon Squeezy and its payment providers process checkout. Some pages request Google Fonts. Optional online map lookup/routing may send place names or coordinates to OpenStreetMap Nominatim or the OSRM public routing service; custom remote data URLs contact their hosts. Do not submit confidential locations to these online features.

These services receive the information needed for their functions and may process it across countries. Their policies include Cloudflare, Brevo, Lemon Squeezy, Google and OpenStreetMap Foundation.

Basic service statistics

Visliz records daily counts of page views, broad referral categories (including search, social and AI referrals), template use, successful exports, saves, publishing, checkout and confirmed payment. Full referring URLs, search queries and chart contents are not sent to this statistics endpoint. Session storage keeps only a broad source category and landing-page category. Some usage records are linked to your account to understand feature use and return visits; these records are not anonymous. Client statistics respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Confirmed payment records remain necessary for billing.

Public works and your choices

Anyone with a published link or embed can view, download and redistribute the chart and any data included in its SVG or interactive content. A link is not access control. Publish only information you have permission to disclose. Deleting a chart removes its cloud record and published file from our storage, but cannot recall downloads, screenshots, third-party copies or browser/CDN caches.

Retention and requests

Account and saved chart information are retained while needed to provide the service. You can delete cloud charts in the dashboard and request account/data deletion by email. Security, billing and backup records may remain where needed for legal obligations, disputes, recovery or security; deletion does not instantly erase all backup copies. Retention depends on the purpose and necessity of each record. Contact us for information about your data or to request deletion. Rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing depend on applicable law; contact us to make a request.

Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes requiring additional notice or consent will be handled as required by applicable law.
